Memories @ 70 Station offers indoor/outdoor spaces perfect for small and medium-sized events including same-and short- notice celebrations. Guests enter through a conversation lounge with comfortable seating, access to a restroom, and a coat check.

The Ambiance Loft has an upscale and contemporary decor for a sleek modern look, an open floor plan, uplighting, and a white epoxy floor that flows well with any event decor. A DJ booth, two bar areas, three large flat-screen displays, and more helps to ensure your event is unforgettable. Dance and dine under dazzling lights and in timeless and elegant crystal Chiavari chairs at mixed tables.
The Legacy Room is perfect for those who want a blank canvas with no pre-determined embellishments, colors or decor that can be set up to suit their needs. The walls and ceiling are pure white and the floor is a shiny charcoal grey polished concrete. You have the option of using our portable DJ booth and bars, Chiavari chairs, stackable or folding chairs, pews, etc.
Chef Erica’s Table is a private dining room for menus created & executed by the chef. Boardroom-style multi-chair mix seating for up to 16 guests. Menus are developed prior to the event with preferences, dietary restrictions and food allergies in mind. We recommend Chef Erica, however outside cooks and chefs are welcome. Also, a great room for tastings for aspiring chefs and small meetings or gatherings.
The Hilltop Patio can be staged for 2 -200 guests allowing for a perfect outdoor experience in the open air or under a garden tent. Four huge natural boulders create the feeling of being in a zen sculpture garden. Choose the patio, hilltop, or both.

DJ or MC, caterer, balloon artist, bartending services, kitchenette for outside vendors, two dressing rooms with private restrooms, photographer, 360 photo booth, ample onsite parking (including handicap access), and high-speed Internet access for the convenience of your guests.
